LabTech Software, a powerful Remote Monitoring, Management (RMM) and Automation solution, and Doyenz Inc., today announced at Automation Nation 2010 that they are partnering to provide integrated disaster recovery services to the cloud the help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) maximize uptime and provide increased value in the day-to-day management of clients. Partnering together, LabTech and Doyenz have an exclusive Freemium offer to all LabTech partners to protect their LabTech server in the Doyenz Shadowcloud.

Doyenz provides backup through its cloud-based disaster recovery services that leverages leading local backup software to replicate the entire Windows server environment, enabling MSPs to mirror their clients’ environment for fast restoration in cases of disaster. LabTech will sell a version of Doyenz cloud-based IT services platform with the Doyenz user interface available through the LabTech console. Future enhancements to the integration will include the ability to deploy the Doyenz agent through LabTech and manage notifications being sent from Doyenz through LabTech.
